Hi love, I’m Shannon.
I guide people through ceremonies, cacao rituals, intuitive readings, and energy healing — all with the intention of helping others reconnect with their hearts.
My own journey with intuition has been about learning to quiet the noise of doubt, soften the voice of fear, and open my heart to trust. Along the way, cacao has become one of my greatest allies — a gentle plant medicine that helps us access the wisdom that already lives inside us.
I created The Heart of Intuition to share these tools and hold space for you to awaken your own gifts. You already carry the wisdom — I’m simply here to help you remember and trust it.

Not at all. Beginners and seasoned readers are both welcome — this journey is about deepening your connection to your own intuition.

During this program we’ll be working with oracle cards as our main tool. Oracle decks are more fluid and intuitive, making them a beautiful way to practice listening to your inner guidance. Tarot is a different system with its own structure, and while we won’t be diving into tarot specifically, the skills you’ll develop here — opening your heart, strengthening your intuition, and trusting your inner voice — will support you in reading any type of deck with more confidence.

Cacao is optional, however, we will begin our weekly calls with grounding and heart opening with mama cacao. If you have your own, great! If you need some you can order from my favourite, Golden Heart Cacao. You will be given a one time discount code if you would like to purchase and will be given to you once you join the program.

All sessions will be recorded and replays will be available. However, you will get the most benefit from joining us live on the calls because we will be practicing reading cards together and in small breakout groups. The energy when we all come together is unmatched.
