Throughout the year, I host a variety of cacao-based events, workshops, and private ceremonies — each one thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, deepen your self-connection, and expand into more presence, joy, and truth.
From seasonal gatherings and moon ceremonies to intimate private circles and online offerings, each experience is rooted in reverence, ritual, and the intention to hold space for transformation, connection, and heart-opening.
Whether you're joining us in person or online, you'll be guided through a nourishing journey with cacao as your ally, supported by meditation, intention setting, sound, journaling, energy work, and more.

The Sacral Chakra is the centre of our creativity, emotions, sensuality, pleasure and ability to experience the richness of life.
In this month’s cacao ceremony, we journey into the Sacral Chakra, using ceremonial cacao as our heart-opening plant ally to soften, connect and bring awareness to what may be asking to move within us.
Through ceremonial cacao, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, intuitive guidance and journaling, we’ll explore our relationship with pleasure, creativity, emotional expression, connection and receiving.
This is an invitation to come out of your head and back into your body — to reconnect with what feels good, what inspires you, and the parts of yourself that are ready to be expressed.
Come as you are. There is nothing to fix or force. Simply space to slow down, feel, connect and listen within.
No previous experience with cacao or chakra work is required.
